Tempo di Libri will be an innovative event in which the best of the Italian cultural tradition will merge with the avant-garde of the most innovative areas.
Tempo di Libri responds to the attention of a public increasingly sensitive to issues related to nutrition, taste, health and wellness, with a space dedicated to food and wine publications and the cooking world: A tavola.
The exhibition area will be developed on more than 700 square meters and will host big specialized publishing houses with stands and a collective bookshop, cooking schools and the whole world that revolves around this ancient art. In addition, to alternate theory and practice, there will also be two kitchens: the one open to the public will alternate chefs, experts in food and wine culture and TV star.
In the large meeting space for 100 people, the public can choose between 50 different events, from tastings to presentations of books, to practice demonstrations with a program that will combine the richness of our gastronomic heritage with books. To practice in first person, a dedicated space will be dedicated to workshops and laboratories, where you can literally “have a finger in the pie”, under the careful guidance of chefs and industry experts.
